Does anybody have any suggestions? I have a 2015 Tacoma I went to change the battery today after I put the new battery in. I have zero power going to anywhere the battery is charged it test out at 12 V but there’s no power to lights or anything. It was running fine this morning. Can’t find a blown fuse. Even the big assed 140amp fuse isn’t blown. I’m supposed to be leaving for California first thing in the morning. Terminals are cleaned and tight. I removed the winch cables and cables going to my dc/dc charger for my accessory battery. There isn’t anything it battery and cables from factory

edit. Problem was I got the positive cable from the fuse box going to negative battery. Trying to rush, not labeling, not taking pictures. Entirely my fault. Thanks to everyone for helping me out and not making me feel like the moron I am.

So you have no interior lights, horn, headlights, or brake lights?

Always good to start with the basics.

I had a passenger-side power window "failure" that took several hours to track down.

Eventually I figured out that the window-disable switch on the driver's side armrest had been accidentally activated. By me of course.

Yes it’s a direct cable to post connection without any protective caps left on the battery

We can get this figured out.
I'll stay up all night and help if I have too.

So the horn will NOT work?

Just to clarify -- does "it was running fine this morning" refer to the old battery? Or was it running fine at least once after you installed the new battery?

    Old
Battery. And I even put the old one back in. Both test out at 12+ volts on the meter.

Ok, so you put the old battery back in and there's still no power. I can only think it must be a cabling issue, some connection loose or broken by the process of removing / installing the battery?

    If the horn won't work.
There's only about 3 things it can be.

    Bad battery.
    Bad connection.
Or bad cable to the fuse box.

Or even less likely, a bad fuse box.......Almost 0 chance of that.

    I mean, it's possible.

But I have a feeling it's user induced failure.
    No offense to OP.

After all, we have dual batteries and a DC/DC setup.

I was just trying to make a funny.

Another good low-current, non-ACC-connected (i.e. no key required) basic power test would be the interior cabin dome light.
