No offense taken. I’m 187% certain I screwed this up somehow. Getting to the positive cable on the alternator is going to be a freaking nightmare

0.01 volt at that main post in the fuse / relay panel

I suggest you stick with @Dm93 and @TnShooter for your first line of attack on this for now. If power isn't getting to that main terminal in the relay box, that's the place to focus on first, not the connection to the alternator.

Also, yeah, if you don't figure it out in the next 5 minutes on your own, probably best to post some clear, well-lit, in focus video of your various wiring setups, 2nd battery, bypass switches, whatever else you have going on in there.

And it’s getting dark ow and I e been out in 100° heat for most of the day. I can’t do anymore tonight. I have a suspicion that I pulled on the positive cable too much and have dislodged it from the alternator somehow. Or it was bad to begin with. The 0.01 volt leads me to believe that there is a loose connection down on the engine

Unless you have modified how the wiring is routed it goes straight from the positive terminal of the battery to that stud, from there it goes through the ALT fuse, then to the rest of the fuses and the alternator so at this point its not looking like the problem is in the wire going to the alternator.

    It's heavily modified.

To be honest, I find it interesting. Kind of cool what all OP has done.

Looks encouraging, insofar as it's very likely a simple "no power getting to the fuse box" problem.

OP didn't indicate anything about popping noises or puffs of magic blue smoke anywhere, and if the fuses are all still good that further suggests nothing disastrous has happened so far.

He might have other fuses (separate from stock) that are part of his 2 (or more?) battery setup that could've blown if he accidentally miswired something or possibly left a transfer switch in the wrong position.

    Probably pretty simple.
But depending on the setup OP used, maybe one of his components failed.
I'd like to know how it's setup. How the cables are ran.

I am wondering why the battery was replaced, if it was working.

Probably the usual reason people change out car batteries, i.e. that they are old and need changing.

Ok update. One mechanic has come by said he is baffled and just left….. at least he didn’t try to charge me $150 for coming out. Positive battery terminal to body ground is 12.34 volts. Zero volts at the positive input stud at the fuse relay panel in the engine compartment. No power to any component in the truck. Thank goodness my solar is keeping house battery charged and fridge running. My immediate concern is getting the windows rolled up so I can leave for California and have this thing towed to the shop (which terrifies me) Any ideas or bypassing the system to get power to the windows?IMG_0989.jpg IMG_0992.jpg IMG_0989.jpg

Btw finding wiring diagram for this shit is proving impossible And why would Toyota make it next to impossible to get that main fuse out to test it I have so tear the entire fuse box apart to get to the bolts holding the fuse in

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Did you try using jumper cables to jump battery to fuse panel or battery to a good ground...chassis or body? Seeing that positive terminal is making me wonder if that isn't the problem.

Hmm, to me it looks like the main + (positive) feed cable for the fuse box is entirely missing, unless it has been somehow rerouted elsewhere as part of your custom battery / power setup.

I've highlighted with a yellow line where I believe cable would normally be, about a 3/8" diameter cable or so, not small or thin.

    @Dm93 ? @TnShooter ?

It comes up from below the box. It’s a big assed black with blue tracer cable.
