I have a deal that I can't pass up on some wheels!!!

    I have a 2007 Tacoma 4 door Pre-Runner and it is 6 lug.

I want to make an offer on some 2010 Tacoma wheels, and in the picture I see 6 lugs.

    Will this work????

If they're both 6 lug then ya they'll work.

One more question. On some site the only difference was my wheel is "standard" offset, and the other was "medium" offset.

    Thanks for helping a noob.

all of these wheels will fit a 6 lug second gen tacoma like the one you have. offset should not be a problem

No such thing as either a "standard" or "medium" offset. Offsets are numbers, not generic descriptors.
