Or just put rubber valve stems in them and forget about the TPMS. That is what I'm going to do.

Hahaha bit of a contradiction indeed. In the pic it's just sitting on top, but it gets installed from the back. It shouldn't look as odd once they're on the truck.

I was going to use programmable sensors just so I could clone the ID's from the OEM sensors. That way I could easily swap between sets and the truck wouldn't know any better.

I may put mine in a pressurized PVC pipe. There is a guy on here and that is what he did with his. He told me he would make me one to put mine in.

So close! They just barely interfere with the calipers up front. A 1/4" spacer with some extended thread lug nuts to be safe and I'll be golden. Could probably get away with grinding just a tiny amount off of the back of the wheel where they hit honestly. Really don't want to go that route though.

Thanks for trying and for posting this. I always heard they would hit but couldn't imagine how. Clears all that up..

Eh, don't grind the wheel. Grind the caliper if anything. Balancing will be a problem and structural rigidity on the wheel. The caliper might work fine/might not. Can you see where it was hitting? Got a pic?

Sorry for falling off the map on this one! Life has done a good job keeping me occupied lately. Here's a terrible picture that makes me want to drive through the car wash 10 times in a row...

Glad now I didn't order any steel wheels. Stayed with OEM alloys.

I bought 16x10's off of summit. they would not fit due to caliper so I used the grinder slightly on the caliper. plus added a .25" spacer and they fit now. however there is barely any thread left on the stud due to spacer.

Removed some stuff, added some stuff.
Planning on ordering a set of 5 from Jegs (best price around) 16x8 soft 8 style. Gonna use spyder trax up front. Safer option than modifying the wheel/caliper…and you still get full threads for your lugnuts.

Is there a reason you did not put the center cap on? Is there a clearance problem?

Does it just slide in from behind the wheel and compress between the wheel and hub?

Just put my US wheels on. Had to use .375 inch spacers to clear the calipers in the front. I like the stance that the spacers give the truck.
