USB/A-Trac adjacent wires

I want to install an additional USB port. What are the hard wired wires for that are connected to the blank dins next to the factory USB port and A-Trac ports for? And is there an adapter to tie a USB port directly to these?

 

Those wiring harnesses are for heated seats.

 

I tapped to one of the fuses on the fuse panel.

You guys happen to know what the two outside ports are on my truck? It had aftermarket lights on the front when I bought it, but there's an additional switch for those. Puzzled to what these ones are.

I honestly hate my USB ports in that location, and having a USB charger plugged into the 12V outlet. When I put my big mug of coffee in the cup holders I'm always fumbling with the cables and having to take my attention away from driving. I extended the USB/aux port inside the armrest console with an Ebay special.

 

Recently wrote that Taco off , a Lexus helped me out. I know a few other members have done this as well.

 

Wait what?

 

A Lexus pulled out in front of me and the Tacoma I had with the console mod is written off. I recently bought a new one and haven't had time to do the same yet.
