Usb issue

2009 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab v6 4wd

My head unit has stop recogizing my usb. It worked fine then it stop, usb outlet is getting powered since it charge my phone, and light on my usb lights up. However when I try to select usb in Audio Source it is grayed out. It charges my phone but my phone is not showing up on the head unit either. Any ideas on what the issue might be. Thank you. Chet. Its a 2016 trd sport

same USB that you always use? there is the format issue has to be FAT32. might try the USB in your computer and see if it is toast.
