usb, or 12v lighting?

so i put a new rack on my tacoma (pic below) and now I am looking for a lighting option that either permanently attaches to my rack, or is easily packable, and magnetically attaches to the rack. and can either be powered via a USB outlet (I have 2 4.8A outlets in the bed, and a fuse block with 2 spare circuits that I can wire in a 12v plug to). I tend to do meal prep off/near my tailgate, and my 12v fridge lives near the tailgate for easy access.

I prefer something that has a wide spread beam, and would be nice to have a red/orange light light option to keep the bugs away..

I have seen ads for the klymit Everglow light tubes.. and am looking at them, but have doubts of the strength of the magnets, and the light option only for dimmable white light... will they offer a red light/orange light option later? https://klymit.com/products/everglow-light-tube?variant=39876366041247

any other options out there? would be nice to have it permanently installed strip, but how do i attach it to my bed rack without ghetto-fab/zipties or drilling holes in my $1000 bed rack?? magnet strips/neodymium magnets along strip?? thanks.

 

Buy the lights that work and some string disk magnets.
Epoxy the magnets to the light.
Wire as necessary.
