First post on TW, so "Hello!" to all the members on the site. I've been peeking over the fence for a while but finally may have found the truck I want, and I wanted some opinions on it.

I found a 2010, Double Cab TRD Sport...4x4, tint, towing package, non-JBL, around 15k miles for around $25.5-26k. I wanted a 2011 (or new 2010), but the stealerships don't seem to budge much south of the $30K area out the door, (Atlanta, GA), including TTL for the same exact truck (minus the tint).

Is the used one a good deal? I realize it's undervalued by KBB standards but didn't know what others were paying for theirs, (used 2009-2010).

Thanks in advance for the responses! Can't wait to finally have one of these trucks in my driveway.

If it all checks out, it's a very good deal. I bought an '09 Sport DCSB 4x4 last year at this time (so pretty much the exact same situation as you) for $27K, so I'd say you're doing pretty good.

Ran an AutoCheck and Carfax. No problems reported, no wrecks, only 2 service records, but the guy changes his own oil, supposedly, (as would I).

It's Black...not the best color for looking clean all the time, but used MGM's don't seem to exist around here. Silver's are EVERYWHERE. (<---good looking color though). Thanks for the replies. Looks like a good deal, and since it's a private seller...NO TAX!

That's one of the main reasons I'm choosing the Taco over a brand new Frontier LE. I can get it for almost the same price, but feel it would depreciate a ton compared to the Taco. I plan on keeping this one until a few years into the new redesign in '12-'13.
