Really nice looking truck. As someone else said, the stripes may be a turn off, so if it’s easy to remove I’d take those off if you’re looking to sell. I think I see a snorkel as well, which is also a preference thing. That may come off to someone that you did lots of off-roading/water transversing whether or not you did.

Well I am in the market as you can tell and just went over to the For Sale page. Nobody lists the state / city location in the of the truck in the ad title? I am a older person, miles on the odometer and reliability on the road are my main concerns. I could care less for snorkels and lift kits with huge off road tires. Nice to look at, but you have really narrowed the market. The younger driver might be interested to drive around town or back and forth to work.

Its so much fun dealing with these Toyota dealerships online. They post a low internet price, and you ask about your trade, you give them the VIN number, pictures. mileage and more. They offer back about 3k below your NADA or KBB trade in price and say we would need to see your car..

Lady this morning asked 3 times for the mileage and I gave it to her each time and then she asked "How old are the tires"?? WTF its a 2017 Jeep with 22,000 miles.... do I need to do the math for her!!

Are these just Iowa dealers.... or are they all this stupid??? Rant off.

If you pull those King off you know who to call. Heck I'll take those JBAs too and put them on the T4R.

They’re all pretty.. entertaining. Finding a good salesman at a dealership is like finding gold. Really makes the average guy look a lot more subpar. My Tacoma purchase could not have been better. My 4Runner was at a different dealer that called me a liar when I tried to get a price on my Tacoma 4 years before that, and the salesman there was really just this side of tolerable.

Internet sales make it worse, IMO.

The dealers are following a script designed to get you into the showroom.

I agree about the stripes being a detraction also the bed tent and the snorkel.

Suggest to remove the stripes and the bed tent. Sell the bed tent separately. Removing the snorkel is a bit more complex with body repair.

yep, lose the stripes - sell the bed tent separate. Snorkel is whatever.

Ok.....the brown canvas thing over the bed of the truck.

Sorry, if the I used the wrong terminology. I'm reasonably sure you understood the meaning. I didn't think you were completely daft......I have been wrong before.

It's the wifes. Seriously though, if you want to go back to stock LMK. We can work something out, these wheels and tires are coming off anyway.

I'm thinking the same thing! I bought my '15 a few months ago wit 85k miles for $21k. I could score!

Damn, I keep on thinking I should ask 30 k for my 2015 with 3 k miles on it [dctrdor with matching cap] but maybe I should ask more.
