So I just got this from a Toyota dealer. Was driving fine till the next day. My key unlocks/locks truck but when I insert to ignition. I hear a wiring noise and it won’t turn. Like the key won’t rotate in the ignition. I have power still too.

Idk what wiring noise sounds like. Rotate the steering wheel a little bit while turning the key.

That's kind of "Toyota" thing. My 2006 Tundra did it from time to time as well as my wife's 2007 Highlander. And of course my 2019 Tacoma SR5.

    No you aren't

First time for everything and no question is stupid (only the one not asked).

    That's way Tw is great.

We can ask and someone is always willing to help.
