    I'm thinking instead of doing brand new gears that I might try to find someone parting out a 4Runner with 4.56 gears.

    Could I use or scavenge the clamshell and 3rds from a 93 4Runner to swap into my 98 Tacoma, or should I stick to a 4Runner built after 1995?
