    These are from my 2014 TRD OR access cab. They are charcoal in color and a solid 9/10. I recently replaced them with leather. they come as they did from the factory minus the little clips (unless I can find a couple) retail for $179.00 I will do $75 shipped conus

    Scratches, dents, lots of squeaks.
    what are the clips for that are missing? Are these water proof/repellent?

    small j hooks that attach under the seat a paper clip can be used. Water repellent yes I have never soaked them to test if waterproof. Cal Trend has info on their site.
