Used fox 2.5 coilovers good or bad buy?

2.5 fox coilovers extended travel 0-3" lift with resivoir (no DSC) Seller says they have less than 10k miles on them "all street no offroad" got him down to $1000, should I pull the trigger expecting to have them rebuilt costing a total of $1300 when they're $1600-1700 brand new? Should I wait for the 4th of July for possible sales on brand new coils? They look good, obviously they're a bit dirty but no rust from what I can see in the pictures

 

Assuming seller is telling the truth about mileage, doesn't sound bad to me. Assuming they're not rusted bad - surface rust is ok. I've probably got between 20k-30k on a set of icons without ever rebuilding more than the lower eye heims.
