i picked up a couple axles from a wrecking yard but one of them is missing a steel sort of cup of washer that the other has. Is this a replaceable part? It's a thin sheet metal piece and on the other axle it's pretty bent up are these useable? In the picture im pointing the washer / seal thing on the axle that has it.

Replace the one you're pointing at while you have it out. They bent it when they pried the axle out.

So here is what they gave me when I went to toyota, definitely not the same. Is this another dust seal I need to replace?

2nd picture is the metal shield I removed sitting inside the metal/with foam insert and greased one they sold me.

This shows up as boot kit cover and doesn't show it installed on te axle on the toyota parts site. It should show it installed between axle and edge of diff?? http://parts.toyotaofdallas.com/oe-toyota/4133604010

Ah yes that's the one. For some reason on toyota of Dallas they don't call it dust cover. Thanks for the picture proof.

To be honest I'm unsure as the axles I ordered from cvj already had this piece built into the axles for me, so there was no need for me to order these.
