Icon Mid-Travel w/ Billet UCA's, All-Pro Expo's w/ Icon Resi Shocks, ARB Bumper w/ Warn M8000 Winch, Method NV's w/ 285/75 R17 BFG BFG AT KO2's, TC Gussets (spindle, shock towers, LCA cam tabs, etc), DMZ Engine Mount Gussets.
Recently purchased a used Icon (actually DR) mid-travel set up for my 2005 TRD OR 4x4 Access Cab. The kit is in great shape (although a little dirty in the pictures) and included the following parts:
    Front:
    · Icon C/O’s (part # 58635) – extended travel
    · Icon Billet UCA’s (part # 58550)
    Rear:
    · Icon 2” VS RR Rear Shocks (part # 56503R)
    · All-Pro Expo Rear Leaf Pack (part # 4505T-AP-3EX-PR)

All the Icon stuff has ~15-20k miles on it. The C/O’s just got rebuilt 3k miles ago, at the same time the bearings in the UCA’s were replaced (0 miles on them since), and the leaf pack is brand new (the one in the pics is his used OME leaf pack).

I’m getting ready to do an install but wanted to ask the TW community if I’m missing anything that I should order before tearing into it (i.e. new hardware, u-bolt flip kit, ext brake lines, sway bar relocation bracket, different bump stops, ect)? Also, is there any recommended cleaning and lubing before the install.

I’d like to do it all at once and don’t want to tear back into it.

Thanks for any and all input guys!

The top hats on those front coilovers have been known to break, I would look it over thoroughly to make sure they are structurally sound.

I've seen a few posts about that. They're currently off the coilover so I'll give them a thourogh inspection for any stress fractures and such.

What about cleaning up the aluminum and making them look shiny and "new"? Any input? What do you guys use?

I believe those are the old school rebranded edelbrock rear shocks. I do not believe that they will work well with the AP Expos as they're only good for 0-2" of lift. Might want to double check...
