Those that found a used shell, how did you install it? Does it take 4 people to lift? Coming to the conclusion that a new top is out of the question. Now just wondering how to get it on, 3rd light hooked up etc.

some welding required

it's doable although awkward with 1 person, be very careful and slow or be prepared for scratches. 2 people make it easy.

make sure, the two, have enough height to lift it over the bed rails. Each of you will have about 75 lbs to lift or.. curl. 4 makes it easier
