hi.. i have 2013 prerunner sr5... i also have a truck tent for the truck... i went camping this weekend for the first time... i had purchased a hanging tent light that is powered by the 12v system... my problem is that when i am sleeping in the truck bed, i want to have the light available for use... i discovered though, that in order to use the light, i have to have the acc switch on with the key in the ignition... i also want to have the cab doors locked at the same time, while i am sleeping...with the key in the ignition, i find i cannot lock the doors... a builty in safety program for the truck... is there a way i can override this no lock while key is in ignition program? thanks, mark in florida.
