Using Door Components from an '04 Limited Doublecab in a '98 PreRunner Xtracab

I'm doing a full manual to power door conversion and I was wondering if some parts are inter-compatible.

First off, would the lock actuator and window regulator from an '01-'04 function on a '98 door? I don't know if the glass size or components changed sizes over the years. There was a major design change of the tacos in 2001 so I don't know if the parts are still inter-compatible.

Second, would the door skins from an '01-'04 (specifically 2004 Limited Doublecab) fit on my '98? They look pretty different so I don't know if it's just bolt on/bolt off. I know the speaker sizes are different.
