    X2 ... ?

I don't think a few scratches in the bed of my truck will make it look uglier...

In my opinion, the Taco is not very heavy duty so I don't use it for heavy duty work. I use it for communting to work and it is good for that. It is not too big, I have a good high view of the road, it gets decent gas mileage, and if I need to run to the home depot and pick up some stuff I have room to haul it. I don't need an SUV since it is just me and my wife and she has her own Honda CRV to tool around in. So I have a nice truck to drive and I have an old beater truck for when I need to do something that might tear up the Taco.

Well, in MY opinion, give your tacoma 10 more years old, some body rust, scratched paint and it will be as "heavy duty" as your old F150, if not more...

I bought mine to use as a truck. I haul stuff to the dump, firewood, camping gear and God knows what all the time. I can't imagine owning a truck and not loading it up now and then.

Probably less than 1200 lbs. Give or take. OSB gets heavy, a little over 50 lbs. a sheet.
