Using OEM mic and rear camera, with Alpine ILX-W650

    You’ll need to do some splicing to get the rear view to work and most likely no for the mic. My oem mic was in my roof console where the sunglasses holders are, I just removed the oem mic and put the new one in there.

    I'll probably end up doing the same. Just open it up, and take the alpine mic out of the housing, and fasten it in there somehow. Was just hoping not to run those wires! And thanks for the link! I'll check that out.
