Using the excess material after making a washable cabin filter.

This is in response to many questions ask on here regarding what to do with the excess fabric after cutting out the center on the washable filter mod. I took that extra material and cut out some more 8 x 8 squares and took tire wraps and went all the way around the perimeter of the square, it’s not as good as the plastic channel filter but it will work as a good back up and you can use all the excess material up that way. I have a spare for my truck as well as my daughters 4runner.
