Anybody had any fun testing out the different off-road features on ice? I was showing my ten year old son how limited slip works and he was laughing his head off. I couldn't even imagine such a feature as a kid. Now it's just standard on everything (I guess it's required eh?). We enjoyed turning that 'feature' OFF and zipping around turns for a bit, because they don't plow roads in this part of Lehi. Thank goodness my wife and I both have 4x4's or I'd actually have to shovel the driveway. Thing is a solid sheet of ice.

By the way... is the white Leer shell on KSL any of you guys? I'm interested in buying it, but am hoping to sell or trade my Undercover Flex. I'm wondering if I should just list it on the marketplace here and offer to ship it off, or if I should KSL it as well. Decisions....decisions. Hmmmmm.....

I have a 2012 and I just got an ARB.

I don't really want to hack a good color matched bumper.

Just wanted to see if anyone with a super white 12-13 that has the black front bumper would want to trade it along with a little cash for the color matched one?

Local trade or pick up only.

I was just out there this weekend with the RZR's. Some of the best ridding right now. Some mud and snow but nothing too deep. I'm out there about every other weekend. If I'm down there that weekend, I'll keep an eye out for ya.

another question is does anyone know a good/decent welder that can do my CMC (Cab Mount Chop) for me? I've asked a few shops around here and they charge minimum $100 and weren't exactly sure what I was talking about. Any and all help would be appreciated.

I had Kurt from Cruiser Outfitters do mine and he charged about that much and included the metal.

Yayyyy I Finally got my sliders from the BAMF holiday sale (bare metal) and am more than likely going to have them "Rhino Lined".

Does any one have any experience with rhino lining stuff like that, I figured it would work great but don't want anything to backfire?

    Thanks in advanced!

It just depends on how much you're going to use them.

For very light usage, it should hold up pretty good, but it will wear off the more you scrape them. Once that happens, it tends to be pretty quick downhill from there and will look pretty bad.

For much more use than using for looks, paint is really the only way to go, as you will be scratching them up and needing touch-ups. I wouldn't even bother with powder coating, as for any real usage, you can gouge the metal pretty easily and then you'll either end up just completely painting them, or trying to match paint to the powder.

The downfall about just paint is that they will get slippery with mud/snow. Just get some grip tape and that will solve it.

Another issue with textured sliders is cleaning. The textured coatings is really quite difficult to keep clean.
