I could use some help installing my ECGS bushing. So I will be watching this closely.

I find the uinta's to be hit or miss. If you have a boat or float tube, Strawberry is where it is at for trophy trout. If you want to have a good time with kids or just catch a lot of small planters, Tibble Fork or Silver Flat up American Fork canyon are good.

Provo river, middle and lower have some good fishing, better in the winter in my mind due to the fish being hammered all summer long. Jones Hole, a tributary off of the green, is a special place. And if you have a float tube or boat many of the reservoirs are great and hold some big fish. Found a great spot outside of Duschense, Canyon Lake or lake Canyon has some monster tiger trout. I've got an extra float tube too!

    Nice! Thanks!

I haven't yet...planning on taking it in next spring before the drop dead date the end of March. I don't plan on getting a replacement as I haven't seen anything super concerning when I have been under it poking around. But it will be nice to have a fresh undercoating done.

Yep. At 2 different dealers. Failed at both. Been waiting 2 1/2 months for the frame so far.

Im in bountiful utah working right now. Now that cold weather has hit im noticing my water pump is going out. The old girl has 115k on her and wont blow hot air on idle, but once the rpms spin up the hot air flows. Fluid level is fine and thermostat is good. I know there are dealers here, but wasnt sure if anyone in the area has a better option.

    Thank you

I would say it's the heater core not the water pump, have u checked ur cabin filter lately

Why are you so sure the thermostat is still good?

I think its the water pump because hen the truck just idles she will climb to 194 but goes right back down when moving. Also heat is rpm dependant. Idle has no heat regular driving is fine. Havent checked cabin filter since I put the new one in in September. Its just what I was thinking. I certainly dont know a whole lot about it.

Thermostat was changed in june because it wasnt opening. After the change out truck would run at 186 with a 185 tstat.

I was under the impression that the water pump has nothing to do with the heat coming out of your vents, that has to do with the heater core, I may be wrong

Water pumps move water to cool the block. Heater cores get air blown on them to make heat in the cab using the block heated water.

Main sign of a failing water pump is a leaking Water pump seal. If you don't see any water leaks around the water pump, keep looking. Still not convinced your thermostat isn't bad (or a radiator blockage).
