I haven't had that one surprisingly, but I am fond of Devastator and Evolution from that Brewery. Partaking in Snowbirds Oktoberfest this weekend, always some good beers to be had up there :drunk:

Still looking for 05-14 Tacoma DCSB rear fender flares. Would kill for some Pyrite Mica but would take any color.

Got a question for you guys. I'm just visiting (Zion kicked my fat ass today) and the wife and are settled here in Kanab looking for a restaurant. Everywhere we look we keep seeing vegan / vegetarian menus. Wondering if that popular throughout the state or maybe just a regional thing.

Might be a regional thing. Although i have noticed most places around do have vegetarian options. I was at taco bell the other day and a chick ordered something off the menu and told the cashier "no animal products please."

It's to please the tourists from California and their current trends / diets. The restaurants are just trying to accommodate them (aka make a buck off of them).

Thanks. Coming from Texas it just seems unnatural.

You can say that again ... Texans still know where food comes from. Yesterday's dinner at our house was wild boar from the Austin area that my brother hunted, stabbed with his knife, butchered, then smoked. Now THAT'S some good eats.

I'm from St. George but live in SLC. Family is still down there so once in a while I drive the rig down there. Waiting for it to cool off more and then I've got some exploring to do. Last time I was down there I hit Toquerville falls and it was still 85 degrees at 3 am.

That's definitely the most challenging and appealing trail drive I've found in the immediate area. So close to home, yet feels so far away.

Check out Sand Hollow, Cale. It's a state park, but it's world class wheeling and rock crawling.

Also up around Smith Mesa is super pretty. Great views of Zion.

I saw a VW van parked there once, so prerunner should be fine.

Spend a lot of time at Sand Hollow, paddle boarding and the like. I just haven't enjoyed motor sports there yet.

Just bought and used a single dirt bike carrier for the rear hitch mount, love it. Been riding out in Virgin a lot, I'll have to check out Smith Mesa.

    Thanks for the tip!

Regarding Toquerville Falls, the drive up from town can be hairy in certain spots. I know there is one strip of potholes that can be devastating if not driven smart. Also there are a few hills climbs that I didn't feel fully comfortable in 2wd.

But like Jiveydude said, I was blown away to see a 2wd small class C motorhome out there, so like a friend of mine always says about accessing rough stuff in his camper van, "Go real slow and let it bounce."

Lemme know if y'all wanna make a run to Toquerville. It's really close to me and I love the run, I'd be happy to share the trail.
