Me too. I haven’t left the pavement since I installed my e-locker. It needs to go on its maiden voyage.

Yea, I’m down. Do you have anyplace in mind? My trail knowledge is a bit limited. American Fork would be my default. I can’t remember the name of the trail I did last time but it was good. There was another I wanted to do, but can’t remember the name of that one either. I’d need to do some homework.

We absolutely need to test that locker out, so let’s plan on it.

The Ashley NF closes the gates when roads get too bad to safely travel, which I’m fine with cause people are stupid, but there is literally no snow anywhere, expect maybe in the north facing faces way up high.

Some people are fine driving an empty 2WD pickup with bald tires in the snow. Others are always moments from disaster despite AWD and modern driving nannies.

So we should just close down all the roads tomorrow.
Cause snow is dangerous and no one can do anything in it.

I don’t disagree with you, @JKO1998. Various government entities like to protect idiots from themselves. I believe we should get rid of all warning signs and let nature thin the herd.

Ive looked briefly, but not finding anything...

Is there any fabricator of skid plates in the state? (Id even venture to Las Vegas if I had too...)

Dude! You’ve been quite for a while. Good to see you back on.

Where do we want to go? The best idea I have is AF Canyon. Not sure what the road conditions will be like. We could head west. There is a place I wanted to try, but it’s ways out.

Any reason why you don’t want to ship? I don’t know of anyone local who does skids for a living, but I know of someone that would probably make you some custom ones. Not sure what the wait time would be.

Addictive Desert Designs is in Nevada, but I don’t know if they make skids.

Nothing wrong with shipping at all. I’ve driven to both BAMF and Relentless. I prefer to keep my business local when I can.

They always close these gates on Nov. 1st no matter what. I've been dealing with this shit for years growing up in Farmington.
