I figure that if I drive in the dirt my truck is gonna be dirty. It's not a show car.

That's cool, but I like to keep must stuff clean so it lasts a long time and doesn't give me issues. I'm not afraid to get it dirty, that just means I can satisfy my OCD and clean it afterwards. But if you don't take care of it you'll have paint issues, rusting etc.

Guilty as charged. I mean, I don't mind getting it dirty, it's just that my 3-mile commute is all paved ... ok I guess I should get out more.

Don't get me wrong a clean truck is great and people that go through all the work it takes to maintain the "just off the showroom floor look" have beautiful cars. I keep it clean and rinsed off most the time, and all my fenders are unpainted fiberglass so I'm not to worried about them. And with it being a 20 year old truck I'm already impressed with how the paint has held up. The only bad rust I have on my truck was from a cheap bedliner that got sprayed on by the previous owner that I havn't gotten around to repairing.

Backhalfing counts as bedliner repair right? :boink:

I've been tempted but I need to upgrade the front of the truck again before I do the back. Also just been tempted to just remove the bed seeing as it's not gonna be doing a whole lot once I finish the bed cage.

I was already browsing Total Chaos's website this morning for the front of my truck.

You could always ghetto backhalf and just mount a functional bed cage on the raw frame

That wouldn't be hard to do actually. The bed does help with not throwing rocks through the back window though...

He lives in Nibley, but I will check to see if he still have it or not.

I get to miss another year. My work schedule always seems to land on the weekend when the UTOR expo occurs.

I don't but I have looked at this before. There are a couple of ways to do this. Looks like is is doable. Go to this site and download the FS map for the spanish fork area.

There is a trail next to the rest stop near Tucker. That is FR117, According to the map you can take a series of trails to get to the Strawberry Reservoir.

Thanks! I assume it was saturday afternoon? If so, I was coming back from exploring in the Unitas. When I get back from my work trip, I think I am going to Raptor Line the entire truck and change the color to that Toyota Cement Color.
