    Is all of Moab in lock down, or is it just the hotels? I'd heard that camping anywhere in the area was prohibited.

    The hotels have just been ordered to refuse check in for all non-local residents, but the 3 counties in and around Moab have all implemented a nonessential personnel camping ban as well.
