I'd try to trade someone on KSL first... A guy paid me 200$ for my chrome one and gave me his flat back one. I then sold the flat black one for 150$ and purchased an aftermarket plate bumper. Just a suggestion....

I had my rear bumper painted. Looks great so far and was relatively cheap. Had to be sandblasted first but i found a local shop that did that too

The paint match on my impulse red pearl is dead on. Paint shop is also local so I can get you in touch with them

I got my bumper sand blasted for 30 (the shop originally said 40 but changed when I picked it up) and then paid 200 to color match the grille and bumper.

I've been having some bedracks powder coated at Powderkeg in SLC. Prices have been reasonable and the quality has been good. Just an option for you guys looking for powder work.

Armor Coating on Redwood and 5800 South (ish) is really reasonable too. Had my sliders done there and they look really good.

    Another one is:

    Steel Coatings Inc
    410 South 2650 West

Had my rims done here. They seems to do a good job and the price seemed good. It was 60 per wheel.

I went to Steel Coatings for a quote on the bedracks I'm building and they seemed totally put out that I didn't have some huge job with large quantities. Their estimate was triple what I was quoted at Powderkeg. Needless to say Steel Coatings did not get my business.

    Thats odd?

They had no problem just doing 4 wheels for me. Its not like they made a killing on me either. It was 60 a wheel for blast and powder. And they did in less than a week.

They older guy even spent like 20-30 mins talking to me about my rack and re-powder coating it. He even took me back in the shop to talk to the guy that does the powder coating and he spent 20-30 mins talking to me about the wheels.

Maybe you just got the office jerk on a bad day?

Both times I used powder coating I used Powder Extreme Coatings, mainly because they are closest to me:
    http://www.powderextremecoatings.com/

I think it was a little less then $50 for my exhaust tip in high heat ceramic coating the first time I went and around $50 for my Satoshi Mesh including the triangles, and my three custom cut "RETRIBUTION" badges.

If I remember correctly they had them done within a week.

Service was alright, not 5 star but not crabby either. I go there mostly because they are the closest to me.
