Took my grade-school daughter on a covid date: got takeout and had a picnic in the back of the Tacoma, then found a playground that was open. It was actually pretty fun.

Just finished getting all the chainsaw gear loaded to go cut down a big old Centerville walnut tree in the morning.

You shuttled rush? Just pedal it. Can bang a full rush lap out in an hour easy. That drive from the eq center to the drop point prob takes >50% of the time spent pedaling up.

Almost, can't quite get that far yet up Manti Canyon. I did see some reports of others that were on Skyline up north of Fairview, but they couldn't get to the southern portion due to snow.

I heard Mirror lake hwy is open to just after Bald Mountain pass. May head up there soon and see how camp-able it is with the snow!

Any good places around here to let the pup go for a swim? He gets hot being a black dog in the Utah summer.

You can go to just about any canyon lake/reservoir and let the dog swim there with the rest of the state :annoyed:

If you are willing to make the drive, Strawberry Reservoir is pretty great and mostly empty

Just not the Cottonwoods or Bells canyons. Those are watershed areas and dogs are off limits.

Oops. Sorry you’re talking about down south.

I tackled my frozen cams and LCA replacement project this morning.

    20200606_102659.jpg

I prevailed! All shiny and new!

The aftermath. The $30 I spent for the 3 pack of Diablo blades was worth its weight in gold! I used all three, but it made the 8 cuts relatively drama free! Tried to bump my 5100's up to 2.5" but the cup is corroded to the shock body. So that was a non starter.
