I'd echo @Gunshot-6A 's voice. all good. snow is great.

As for which resort...the beauty is you can take a year and pick a resort a week to try it out. it costs but it isn't exorbitant. If you're looking for hte varied terrain for beginner skiier and advanced snowboard, brighton/solitude might be up y'all's alley. PC/Canyons might work as well but it's super easy to get lost over there. :)

Brighton / Solitude would be my suggestion to get your feet under you with good terrain. Solitude has open runs, but they tend to be steeper. Brighton is a big playground.

I don't know about the "better fuel mileage" and I don't know how people are showing big impressive mpg numbers either.

Long time no talk eh?! I'm working my way back, as soon as our house is finished i'll be getting another Taco. I was planning on getting the new bronco but they told me I wouldn't see it till 2022... Probably a blessing in disguise anyway.

It's not a listed benefit when I bought it but it definitely was a nice surprise. Seeing my numbers hit 23 when I drive up to SLC is cool. Sometimes I'll see 20 when I'm going down south on the 15 at 80-85 mph as well.

I believe it was 700 when I bought it? They're running a new thing now called vftuner. the old traditional "ovtune" is all but gone now.
Edit: I checekd. 642. I got a discount code when i bought it.

I'm just saying...I don't know how people get 20 and 23 mpg. I don't even come close to that.

Driving habits. When I had my second gen with 35's I would get low 20's regularly.

Bingo. I can get 20ish on my way home if I'm good about it. Coming in to work around 7, my record is 29 but I was trying. Not bad for this pig. Admittedly, just driving around town mindlessly, 15-17 is far more likely.

Managed to find fall this year. LCC and BCC were completely done for real quickly. AF Canyon is hanging on and turning slowly. I was afraid I missed seeing the canyons with so much color this year but nope! found it!

Yeah, the lack of moisture this year is what caused the leaves to wither and fall so quick in a lot of places. That big wind storm didnt help the canyons either.

Yeah, that windstorm really wreaked havoc on the trees. I was riding crest the other day and so many downed trees and logs that were cut up and moved to make way. There was one that the trail just diverted completely around. Not a single leaf in sight.

I get 18-19 mpg when I correct for tire size. I’m on 255/80/17’s and drive 80 mph a lot and have trips up the canyons every weekend.

I got 18.9 once, could do better if I slowed down and feathered the skinny pedal. Fact is I prefer having fun ... our trucks are as aerodynamic as a shoebox but there’s a reason we’re not out there driving Corollas.
