Not getting much help in the other places so I thought I'd ask the locals. I'm starting to round up all of the different parts I'm going to need to run power to my front and rear hitch for my winch and possible jumper cable connection. I have any idea on most everything for switches and plugs but I'm getting hung up on the wire. I want to go with something flexible for such a long run from the battery. When I search for such a wire in 0/1 the Knukoncepts Kolossus wire keeps coming up. The company says it is rated at 375 Amp for a 20' run. Anyone know of anything better that I might be missing.

I have though of that but every heavy gauge jumper cable I have seen hasn't really impressed me as far as wire goes. Definitely hits the cheap and easy boxes though. Also I was planning on only have one run of power and grounding at the frame for the rear unless that isn't a good idea for any reason.

Lotta tow truck drivers will make DIY jump leads out of welding wire. Maybe look in that direction?

Just poking my head back into the taco world though I'd say what's up and see who's out here in Southern Utah. I recently purchased my 4th Tacoma and I'm itching to get some work done. I'm having to switch gears back into the 1st gen Tacomas after driving 2nd gens for the past 5 years.

Agreed. After owning my '18 Raptor for 18 months or so, I won't give Ford props on much else but the Ecoboost made me a believer (and I was really skeptical/critical about the Ecoboosts prior to owning one). Of the things to be concerned about on the Broncos, I don't think the engine is one of them for me.

Dad's got a '15 Ecoboost F-150 that pulls a 4000 pound ski boat every summer weekend 60 miles each way. That thing has been a pinnacle of reliability for a blue oval vehicle.

Surprised the Turbos have held up. They are notorious for going between 60 and 75k miles.

Any one have any leads on buying used T-Slot extrusion around the valley? I’m going to try selling my current bed setup in the next couple months because I want to replace it with a lightweight aluminum set up but I can’t justify spending $400+ just for the materials and hardware. Also if anyone is interested in a long bed 2nd gen bed setup that is ideal for “over landing” I can get some pictures and share them on here. Nothing is wrong with it I just want a new project and all my maintenance is caught up for the next couple months with how little driving I’m doing.

T-Slots is based in Clearfield. Was the original supplier of the Prinsu crossbars as I recall.

Suggestions for where to get U joints replaced near Millcreek area? Trying to hunt down a driveshaft vibration issue.

If you have confirmed it is driveshaft related issues, take it to GRS Drive lines. They are fantastic and have done 5 or 6 drive shafts for me now.

You could be getting vibrations due to pinion angles and the ujoints and carrier bearing could be just fine.
