Sounds like no fun of a drive but you’re on the home stretch, hang in there!

Just shy of 30 hours lol. I’m in a uhaul with my travel trailer behind it and have a buddy driving my 4runner. This morning he looked at me and goes “I’m getting hammered tonight, you owe me at least that for this shit” Seems fair to me

    Small world.

Just moved out to Lehi from Georgia earlier this week. Started the drive through Atlanta, Nashville, St. Louis, KC, and that ungodly long stretch along 80 on Saturday afternoon and arrived Monday morning. I can’t imagine making that trip in a uhaul!

Yea, we actually drove across Oklahoma and Texas to Albuquerque and then up. My best friend lives in Albuquerque so we went this route and stayed with him last night. Made the trip into 3 8-10 hour days instead of the 2 13-14 hour days it would have been had we gone that direction.

Surprisingly, I’ve been able to run 80-85 with ease in the uhaul. They gave me $100 off to take a 20ft truck instead of the 10ft, so it’s damn near empty.

I’ve heard good things about Sate Automotive. No personal experience, however.

Ive heard great things about them as well, but after pointing @markus30 there to fix a rear wheel bearing, they were nothing but problems with him.

Anyone have a use for these? Extended rear SS brake lines. They came with my all pro expos for my old truck, found them in my toolbox when packing up.

Welcome to UT. I'm in Lehi as well. So I guess you could say we're neighbors. I don't drive a unique tacoma so you might not even notice me around town. haha.

Yep! Made it and everything is unpacked and put up. Just need a handful of oddball items to complete it.

unfortunately I didn’t get the liquor. I checked 2 different stores before moving and didn’t find it. Sorry man.

Yeah I'm definitely not in a rush but i'll keep an eye out on things and if I find a good deal i'll pull the trigger. I might go through my buddy Jon at Strickland auto and have him rebuild a truck for me.

Speaking of absurd Taco prices. We're back in the cool kids club. Well, my wife is at least. I still have my two shitboxes.
