I won't be around Sunday but if you can make it on Saturday that would work for me. I could go anytime on Saturday, my wife wants to come along with me on this trip. Do think Z would want to come?

Anybody else interested in some wheeling / exploring on Saturday?

Well, theres about a 50% chance I could do Saturday, so I'd rather just not commit and have to bail. Lets just plan on the 18th if that works. that'll give Z a little notice as well.

It was their "matte" option. I'll be taking my skid plate in tomorrow and can ask what % gloss it was.

As of now I'm still planning on checking out Jacob City on Saturday. If anybody wants to join me feel free. After I check out the area I'll let everybody know if I feel it TW meet worthy.

Greg if you or Z can make it feel free to join me. If you can't make it don't worry if it's worthy of a second run I'll let you know and we can go back up. I would go the 18th but I think I'll be out of town.

If anybody is interested in going I think it's going to be a pretty mild but fun run. My wife and her friend are coming with me. I'm tentatively planning on leaving in the morning some time, If anybody is interested let me know and we can figure out a time and a place to meet.

    How much did you pay?

Also, just wanted to say hi to everyone, new to the forum, live in American Fork. Just bought a 2006 CC LB Sport a few weeks ago. Also a big BC skier, MTB/Road biker.

Surprised to see so many BC skiers on here. My last day was up at Alta on May 18th, after 12+" of fresh, haven't edited it yet but here's some raw footage of skiing down Keyhole to Snowbird:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIW4enR6_lY

There's a lot of stopping and waiting for each other to ski because of the sketch factor, but you can see a good line starting at 5:10.

Here's a shot of the huge base still up there just a few weeks ago:

    Welcome Dave!

PC cost $60 a wheel and was done in a few days. These guys do a lot of work in the area and have a good reputation. They're just off Geneva if you wanted to check them out.

    Jacob City Ghost Town Run

That was a fun trip big thanks to Black Mammoth, Princess Bernie, Big Rig 99 90, Candy Cane and Bubbles for coming along. Sadly snow at 9k feet kept us from making it to the cabin I wanted to see (see pic below). I’m already plotting taking the dirt bike up the rest of the way J

    Enjoy the pics,
    Silver Eagle out.

This is a pic I found online of the cabin I wanted to see. We were so close.

Any time. Just watch the forums and jump in next time someone says something. If all weren't welcome, it wouldn't be mentioned on the forums.

Stay tuned for future trail runs. This Jacob City run was a short notice run but it was an open invitation.

I'm may go back up this coming weekend with my dirt bike. Is anybody else interested going with quads or bikes?

We definitely meet to put together another meet soon. Of course anything above 9k is going to be covered in snow so American Fork and our other high altitude trails may be out of the question for awhile.

I have been interested in a trip to Little Moab.... has anybody here ever been there?

Any interest camping out at Little Moab and wheeling on a Saturday and those that don't camp can meet up with up on Saturday.

West Desert Area (45 miles SSW of SLC)
No specific trail, recreation area only. Trails for truck and drivers of all skill levels.
