I need to know more about this. Probably didn't push hard enough for fear of breaking something on mine, but couldn't get it to open. Maybe I'll come try to open yours late tonight?

This is why I bought one of these when my truck was new: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/sliding-window-security-bar.245434/

Sadly looks like he's no longer making them, but could use a dowel instead if you're worried about security. Just don't lock the keys in.

LOL, my buddy Mitch is the one who made the "Boomba" that got memed all over the internet. May need to go borrow it.

But I may or may not have a Google Routine VERY similar to that already set-up... :anonymous:

I, uh... need to go make some adjustments in Google Home real quick...

Anyone going out this weekend? I usually go way up on some pretty rugged trails to get away from the large crowds and I can't help myself feeling a bit timid with the fire danger.

Don't really think many folks here will be interested...But I gotta ask anyways. I'm selling my 6' Leer 100XR shell in MGM, along with my TE37x 18x9 0 offset in Mag Blue. Wrapped in 275/70/18 KO2's. I wanna get a bed rack and roof top tent, so I'm open to trades.

My plan is to do some back country flying in Idaho next weekend then spend two weeks in high Colorado.

Fellow Utards, Happy 4th of July!!!

I’m looking for some 2nd Gen Tacoma folks willing to test some vF tunes. I can now tune most 2009-2014 Tacoma’s. 2015 ECU’s are not available yet. Currently limited to ECU tuning now (throttle, AFR, etc…) as the TCU (shift points, TC lock/unlock) access isn’t available yet. But once available I’ll need testers there also.

I can also perform Toyota TSB ECU updates on all these trucks.

If anyone is interested send me a PM.

Technically I could tune back to 2005. But I’m drawing an artificially line at 2009. It’s gonna have to be a pretty damn healthy truck to even tune a 2009. But if you’ve got a healthy 2008 we can talk.

I just want to acknowledge the fact that you used "Utards." Everyime I use that term I have to duck so I don't get punched.

Could anyone give me some advice for a bed rack that doesn't sit above the cab that also isn't crazy expensive. I'm planning to get a roof top tent as well. My budget is $2000, maybe a smidge over that. Based on my research it does seem doable...I don't need top of the line stuff, just something that will hold up for a few seasons, then I'll upgrade.

My wife and I are strongly considering moving to Utah from California, we want to buy a house and that’s just not possible anymore here lol. What are some good areas to look at ? Looking for affordable with good career opportunities nearby. We like country style living more than city.
