UTAH (and Surrounding Areas) BS Thread

Karl Malone (Draper, UT) has a non Taco I'm interested in. Wanted to stop by here to ask if anyone had any experience with them before I make any decisions. Thanks!

 

I got my taco from them. It made sense at the time. I just don't like dealerships. Had to navigate and negotiate hard with some sales people.

 

Typical dealership... Watch your ass and be ready to walk away.

 

I bought my truck from there. The actual buying process wasn’t too bad but everything after was a disaster. I now go to Mark Miller for all my services and warranty work.

 

Speaking of dealerships… I’m buying an F150 from a dealership in Murray off state at. and having to have it shipped to Nashville. Lol. Wish I still lived there and I could just go pick it up.

 

They don't have F150s in Nashville?

 

Not lithium gray 2017 4 door long beds with every option ford has ever made available on F150’s.

And every one of those things is a specific want for me. Since I put the deposit this morning they’ve had 6-8 phone calls about the truck.

Loving the new stopping power, pedal feels firm and sensitive.

 

I’ve been looking at all sorts of half tons for a little over a month and this is the first thing that has met all of my specifications. Bonus that it’s in my favorite color and has the highest tow capacity of anything I’ve looked at.

 

Nice! I’ve got 4runner brakes for my 2nd gen that should be a similar upgrade.

I came last June and it blew my mind away how many stars I could see every night. Think it might clear up or is this the norm this in January?

 

It really depends on mother nature. we're stuck in a high pressure system right now and no storms are scheduled to come through till Friday and that's still a maybe...depending on severity of storm and the pressure systems. Last year was REALLY bad because we had like literally no storms at all. this year is a little better thus far but that's not saying much. lol. Only time will tella t this point.

 

the full bright ass moon doesn't help much with star gazing either
