    Same crap everyone else got
    Update.
Solitude was awesome to ski. Got some good powder bc of the storms. The AWD rogue came down the canyon fine Tuesday morning but had to go super slow bc we couldn't see anything. Glad there were tracks to follow. Passed the plow heading up right as we got to the bottom. Big thanks to anyone and everyone who offered up advice for me. It was greatly appreciated!

Nice! You hit the perfect storm! good timing.

Traded in my 2019 trd off road and got a 2023 trd pro.

I am wanting to learn more about the truck and how to do things my self.
Mainly I have been learning from Youtube university.
Did a complete blackout kit from AJT designs and then blacked out the remainder of the interior on my own.

Looking at adding the Westcott Designs lift and some spacers so I can put some 285/75/16 on it.
This is something I would like to personally do but would prefer someone with more knowledge to help me out with the process so I am not doing anything wrong.

Would anyone be willing to help me out with this or maybe point me in the right direction?
I live in a condo so I don't have a shop. My work does allow me to use our warehouse whenever I need to though.

    Located in Salt Lake City

Looking at the Wescott kit, it looks like you have to disassemble the front coil assemblies to add the preload shim, right? If so, that's the sketchy part. If you dont have a spring compressor, the disassemble in place method is highly recommended.

The rest is basically just undoing a few bolts, swapping some parts, then rebolting. Plenty of good youtube university resources on that.

Doing the mockup, once I get the frame mounts repaired, I think she's going to work out

Yeah from my understanding that’s all that needs to be done. I think I’m just going to do it my self and buy some spring compressors off of Amazon.

just with no real knowledge I would feel comfortable with someone that knows what they are doing helping out.
But I’m sure I can get it figured out!

Use the weight of the truck method to compress the spring instead of a compressor. I've done this both way many times and after using the weight of the truck, I will never use a spring compressor again unless its the wall mounted/vertical standing type high dollar type you would find in a shop.

    Front shock/spring install WITHOUT spring-compressor

I will be getting mine later this month (24th). It will be on my gladiator but it will give you an idea. I haven't actually seen one other than walking by one in my neighborhood I have seen a lot of youtube videos on them (the ones by GFC are awesome). I am hoping it lives up to the expectations. I have been using a 23 zero tent and rack for years so I am not new to the RTT world. For my gladiator build, I liked the idea of a 'dust proof' shell with the tent on top. I won't have to lower the tent onto the truck/ rack like I did before. I have been using a soft topper for years as well since I do a lot of wheeling. fiberglass would eventually crack. That is really what drove me to GFC, they are made to go wheeling and they aren't terribly overweight.

Alright guys, I need your help. The 3rd gen section let me down, got zero advice. I put my sway bar back in, installed JBA UCAs and got an alignment and now I have this noise... it's mainly only when reverse straight cranked to the right. I took it back to the alignment shop and they adjusted my alignment (it was pulling slightly) and it seemed to go away for a while but now it's back with a vengeance. I have no idea what this noise is and I'm just looking for ideas to check before I take it in somewhere.

It's definitely not the tire. It'll do it even going straight back in reverse sometimes. I mean my tire does rub a little on the plastic in certain scenarios but not in this case. :annoyed::annoyed::annoyed:
