torx is supposedly better at not stripping out compared to the other options. supposedly. is the head completely gone gone? if so, you might need to get an extractor on it. that sucks ass on such a big bolt too. hah!

Just wanted to give a shout out...I was in Provo/Salt Lake City area last week and seen a lot of great looking Tacos while driving around in the ol' rental car. We actually flew in to Vegas for a couple of days and then drove up to Provo for a conference...such beautiful landscape! Really enjoyed the area and the people were so friendly.

This particular one is one of the Torx bolts that attach the side bed rail. It appears to have sheared off.

hmm. strange. other than an extractor, not sure what to do here. I'm in a similar situation with a skid plate bolt underneath my truck. right now, the body of the bolt is just...in there. hah!

It doesn't sound very familiar but I'm also really bad with names and I was barely in Jr high school when I left so my scope of people was pretty small

My plan is to use a left handed drill bit and an extraction bit. Not holding my breath, but we’ll see. Letting it soak up some penetrating oil.

Def different from Utah. Some ways better, some ways not so much. Its good to have a little bit of a change of scenery though. We'll see what I want to do long term as I get settled in and a better understanding of the company/job.

Yep, finance controller is the role. Nice to have a staff and am more corporate than plant level in a lot of ways. Its Italian run though, so its a lot of chaos management culturally. That'll be the real thing Ill have to see if I like or not.

Anyone happen to be using Starlink for their internet? My internet options have narrowed down to almost one choice.

I’m wondering if I can use my existing CAT6 cable or do I have to use theirs?

Yeah, but I think it has a “priority” end that plugs into the sat and one into the router.

Looking at some forums on the matter, it looks like the dish side on the "new" starlink has a proprietary USB-C looking cable, but no mention of a "priority"

between your router and their unit, probably don't need anythign special. unless it is PoE in which case they're goign to have a different unit and then use high quality cat6 cabling. other than that, everything is business as usual i bet. I have a wireless provider and they have the antenna on my roof with a PoE cat6 system and then my own cable connecting my router to their box.
