The challenge is that you can’t (at least that I can see) plug an RJ45 into the antenna. It has a special connector on both ends of their cable.

    not enough.
and they didn't provide the connector? I would think it goes:
[dish] <--(probably special connector)--> [probably some box of theirs] <-----> [your router]

We have very few options at our place too. I was using Utah Broadband. Just recently switched to tmobile home 5g, which is faster for less money. It's been working well for us so far.

They offer an Ethernet adapter, so you could use it as a splice box/converter, but you would still have to run their cable to the antenna.

I’ve been trying to get UBB, but I don’t have a direct line of sight, so I’ve been trying to pull some strings. Best they can do is 60 mbs.

I looked into T-mobile, but I’ve heard it can be spotty, and there wasn’t any kind of guarantee they could give me. What kind of speeds are you seeing?

My upload speeds with UBB were awful, which I understand is typical with fixed wireless of that type.

I'll get you numbers on my tmobile service when I'm home later. It hasn't been spotty for us so far, but we've only had it for 3-ish months.

EDIT: just speedtested. 75mbps down and 25 up. That's been fairly consistent so far

Gonna be hot AF down there so go early or late if you do. Buckskin Gulch from Wire Pass was cool but thats an hour away.

Escobar's is pretty tasty if you're looking for a place to eat though!

There's a ghost town east of town, if I remember right about 30 miles (?) and a ways off the road (north). I never got there but wish I had. I think you can four wheel it in but I know people hike it as well. Can't say whether it is worth the hike but wish we had done it.

jeez, that storm in draper was intense! I was up till late cleaning up after some flooding from a relative's house. downspout's black drain pipe was overwhelmed and blocked so all that water was going right back out into the window well...which then went into the basement. straight up titanic over there last night.

Oh, and a minor change in college athletics this evening. The demise of the PAC-12 leads the Utes to the Big-12, which I think sux. The mountain west all over again.

I have a C4Fabrications high clearance rear bumper to install that requires cutting and I do not trust myself to do it right. Does anyone recommend a shop near Logan that can do this right?
