i've seen some of them in very fancy houseboats in Powell. Also in fancy homes. Especially those that are massive. They've gotta be around UT for sure. I know that certain realtors/home tours like them because it makes turning lights on and off and closing blinds easy when you're touring the home. if @H3llRid3r is building himself a fancy home, better include a car lift. ;P ;P

edit: in fact, i know they're local to UT so...there's that.

further edit: oh...they rebranded the company to "Snap one". I've seen that building around, just always assumed it was more related to snapchat. lol. I always remembered control4 having an office more north.

Long story short. It turns your home into a “smart” home. It’s great when it all works.

Yes, there are several dealers. I’m just looking for a good one. Haven’t had the best experiences with a few.

Not building a new home, but would luv to have a lift.

I was just wondering about this watching threads. Did our OP figure this out?
I would think there are quite a few members transiting your locations. Shipping is probably $8.00 each way .

Usps from st George = utah to las vegas back to salt lake to wherever utah. Poor St George residents. Generally local mail is quick in the northern part of the state.

Anyone taken the plunge and gone with the Powerbrake BBK? If so, any feedback?

Also, trying some locally distilled juice. At 132 proof it runs a little hot.

I'm running Stoptech rotors and Powerstop Truck and Tow brake pads. I have no issues with either products.

Roger. Didn’t have to change the master cylinder?

Hard to justify the $2600 + over the oem $400 option, which has worked for 80,000.

agree. oem works for me. Unless I plan on towing/loaded up heavy...don't see a reason to upgrade brakes. but that's just me. I am more concerned about my suspension performance as I'm going slowly up a dirt road to shuttle for mountain biking.

I recently did my second change of my front brake pads and first of my rear set.

front discs: easy. had probably 65k or so miles on them and still had life (I do a lot of highway). no discs replaced, still withins pec.
rears: PITA but had 170k on them. just about finished up their life but hey, lots of miles.

    Agreed.

I have a fair amount of added weight, so the BBK would be cool. I’ve read good things about them and talked to a few people about them. But they aren’t cheap. If I wouldn’t have missed the November sale, then I probably would’ve done it.

No, I did not have to change out my master cylinder, but I did not do the BBK either.
