Crap, I'm getting ready to disappoint my 8 year old in a couple of hours when he gets up. I was hoping I'd be better. I've had a fever since Tuesday. Saw the doc last night and found out my kidney is fouled up and he has me on bedrest. If I make a miraculous recovery and feel better then I'll be at Cabelas. If not... don't be surprised. You won't be missing much (but i know my son was sure looking forward to it... we haven't done an offroad run since we went to Currant Creek in our old FJ trail teams).

Sharky, man that sucks. Get healthy. The season is early so dont worry about canceling. You can take him up next week.

ya. was great fun. Everyone made it all the way to the top of forest lake and we ended up just camping up there on the hill overlooking the lake. Seemed to be a great spot for the 4 trucks we had up there with plenty of room, etc.

Sorry I missed you guys on Saturday, my campout down by Little Sahara took longer than expected. My friends and I put together a shooting completion. Here are a couple pics of the toys. Hope all of you can make it next weekend.
