I will be busy tomorrow, Saturday, otherwise I would come to the meet, but I was wondering if anyone would like to run some trails on Sunday, the 26th of September? I've not hit the dirt for a few weeks, and I'm getting the itch to do so, in a major way!

My Taco is stock, but I'm a capable driver, and would love some company, and perhaps to run some new trails, as I'm new to the Salt Lake City area, and have only been down in the Moab area, and up North about an hour (and ended up with some unpleasant scratches, an experience I'm not too keen on repeating).

    Best regards to all!

Guess no one really wanted to go shooting. Not a big deal though as I got a few rounds in. Guess we'll just have to keep it to off road things in the future. I took off about 12:30 if anyone showed up after that.

Bowzerdoo77 made it out just as I was leaving. Passed him on the way out and thought I should double back and make sure, so glad I did.

My bad, I would have came, but I had a required store meeting. It ended at noon, I was hoping it would end sooner but no luck.

Id be down for shooting again, we don't have to go 4wheeling for all meets. I'm down for pretty much anything.

Its really not a big deal. I kinda half expected it. Guns are a scary thing for a lot of people, specially those not raised around them. Even for the last 10 years, everyone has been raised to be afraid of them from schools, parents, etc. so it really wasn't shocking.

It was really a beautiful day out there. Would've preferred a tiny breeze, but it really was nice. For not shooting trap for so long, I actually scored a 21. Not going to mention my first round score though... Not sure what was up with station 2 today.

Next month, I think the last weekend will probably be pretty bad as well, being right before Halloween and all. I think we we want to do any high altitude trails, this will be our last chance before they close for the winter, if the winter doesn't beat us to it.

Since I cant really get anyone to go out and explore with me, a friend is planning to pick up a Jeep next week and I'll go scout some things with him and see if there's anything that will make a good trip for those worried about paint.

Didnt hear about a meet & greet over the weekend. Well, I may have been more out of place if it was to go out shooting. Next time I'll try to make it, Im only a few hours away from Salt Lake, and as long as you guys wouldnt mind a girl tagging along. It should be fun, right?!

We've had lots of people bring along friends, and I think someone was even going to bring along a date at one point. Women are always welcome.

It'll probably be saturdays or sundays. He still has to find out if he can get the Jeep, but he sounded like it was pretty much a done deal. As far as where, that'll probably end up being something we talk about on friday evenings, but we're both very open to suggestions if there's an area or trail someone wants to check out.

I'll gladly invite others along if you want to come, but again, it will be very last minute notice and we'll probably want to keep it on the small side. It wont be every weekend since he has to travel out of town for work sometimes. No RSPV's or anything. We're both the type of people that believe a start time is the time to leave, so if/when it happens, plan on showing up early or risk being left behind.

Its all up in the air at this point though, as we'll still have to see if the guy will sell him the vehicle, but I'll let y'all know when and where when we figure it out ourselves.
