well if your putting the spring on the strut.. you will need a big tool to hold down the tension of the spring..... i cant do that unless we have that tool... now if its already on the strut then i can help you install them on your truck its not that hard maybe an hour or less if everything goes smooth. i just rebuilt my whole front end like a week ago because the ball joint decided to break. so i can do that no problem :)

My opinion is that the spring compressors from Autozone etc (even though they will work) are pretty dangerous. There is a crap ton of energy built up in those coils when you compress them to put the struts together. I HIGHLY recommend finding someone with a large hydraulic press to compress the coils. It will be much safer.

If you use the autozone rentals, just be super careful.

X2 I'm getting ready to replace the 884s on mine, my buddy has a spring compressor that is going to be vital to that.

I did it on my own truck. But no one recommends that you put the Billies at .85. The 885 coils already give me a good enough lift.

Iv decided not to put them on the .85 setting and just get a 1/4 inch top spacer.
But im getting all new wheels and tires and finally getting rid on this piece of shit spacer lift. it should be within a couple weeks before I decide to put the lift on.

I'm in sandy. I'm also really ready for a meet. I'm tired of having to go with the Utah bronco club at their meets. I did forest lake a couple weekends ago with them. I say we set up a fall meet to go up behind the B in bountiful, when the leaves are all red. What do ya say?
