Want to... won’t lie, but if we can get a state park an hour away we will. Still trying to find a sweet free spot in a 2hr distance! We love URE!

Yeah, well new to me anyway. Traded in the SR5 for a TRDOR. Not sure who owned this before, but they must have had all the TSBs and the OVTune done cause this thing is quick and has none of that gear hunting my old truck used to do on the highway.

Nope. Literally just made the switch. I've had the new truck 5 days. Mods are definitely a priority at the moment.

the battery was probably disconnected and reset the computer...it'll run great for a few miles, but then it goes back to the same shit as before. If you want me to put OVTune or KDMax on it, I can do it for you (for a fee).

Hmm. Might have to take you up on that. Is it possible to know whether one of these was already done?

Where you at around the state? There's a guy east of Raleigh that can do OVTune too.

I'm west of Raleigh. I know I can get an OVTune done by many members on here, but I'm not sure how to tell if one has already been done. Whoever owned this truck before obviously wouldn't have left the module in it. I've crawled through some other threads and it looks like it would be fairly indistinguishable?

Is OVtune a module? I thought it was a software flash to the ECU. Again not easy to figure out if it's been done.

lol. I know it's software. But don't you plug it in to the ODBII port?
This is the thing I was referencing. Not sure of the name of this piece of hardware.

Anyhow, we digress. I'll look into OVTune more and sound less incompetent by the time I'm ready to make a move
