yea the other half said i can only have one or the other, wheels and tires or my rock river arms AR......sorry firepower ALWAYS comes first. and i dont see how my truck could do that stuff only 2wd and no lift

 

Oh you won't be doing the stuff we were going through, but I bet you could make the Jeep lines around it.

 

but please keep me in mind for the next wheelin trip, like i said im always game for throwing in my share of expenses/ labor help if break downs since i am a mechanic by trade

How was the Land Cruiser in off camber situations? Like right after the first ledge going up Daniel. I got close to rolling it in that spot cause my COG sucks balls.

 

We didn't go up that side of Daniel, Adam said it is rutted out really bad so we just went up the backside and then went back down. I probably would have had a pucker moment in that spot, my horunner loves to lean and sway with the soft TG springs.

 

He was right. The only thing that kept me from rolling was a spotter grabbing my front fender and pushing it down lol

 

Yea that sounds sketch. I would have said fuck it and just dragged the horunner along the berm with the tree lol.

 

Every single FJ in our group had the same problem. I'll be dammed if I didn't watch a stock FJ climb that ledge though. I'm at the crossroads now where I realized how much I love to wheel but can't afford to wheel the FJ the way I would like so now I'm looking into getting a project trail rig.

 

Yeah, I hate that little s turn area after the ledge. Not fun

 

Dude, Jerret came up with an idea for an April event. Everybody find an old Toyota, $1k budget, bring it to URE and wheel the shit out of it.

 

Lol it's a real butt puckerer that for sure.

If only I had $1K that is a really cool idea though.

She's been patient and hasn't killed/left me over the whole solid axle conversion... so it's about that time. However, I would love to ride shotgun in any of yalls hell-raising rigs

 

lol, I'm not gonna do it. I want to finish the horunner by then and get to Vegas in February.
