Daniel did turn in to quit the adventure...

Glad you guys got Cap back down the mountain and to the outpost. I hope all things considered everyone had as good of a time as I did.

After seeing Eddys LR UCAs move I can further say I am not a huge fan of them. They were "snug" enough to not move in my opinion but I guess they shifted a little bit over each bounce until the tire was resting against them. I know that if a customer brings me a set to install and I take them to the alignment shop I will be re-torquing that top nut after to try and prevent this from happening. I dont think a tack weld would really prevent it. Its more the design to allow ease of alignment instead of being designed for off-road environments. I think ultimately for off-road use the uniball is the only way to go. You get what you pay for, and I cant afford the good stuff so I run factory UCAs and my truck has a so-so alignment.

Where are all the pictures that were taken? I saw all kinds of cameras and gopros out on the trails but not a lot posted up yet.

    Can ya spell Tonneau

I agree on the retorque. I checked mine again last night and best I can judge, they were good. Going to check with some racers to see what can be done to help it. Maybe drill some holes to wire it? Gonna see.

Lol my rig is as low money as I can keep it.

I'm glad someone got up that damn ledge at Daniel. Picking lines is crucial. You will have to come back with us when the weather is better.

Nah, you would do fine there. There is only one section that can be challenging, everywhere else has optional obstacles.
