I can weld, but dont have a welder at my house.

if someone wants to lug along a 110 welder, I can knock it out

Hey guys....would love to stop by and check out your trucks. Reading I see an all day meet....how late you guys expect to be there still? I'll probably be coming back from a lake trip on Saturday but not I'm not sure how late...I would hope to be rolling thru mid afternoon.

What time to be there, any tools/food/drinks I need to bring, etc?

 

For those of you doing any suspension work, I recommend spraying down all nuts and bolts with PB blaster for a couple days before the mod day.

 

good advice. i only have 500 miles on my truck so one coating should do it for me.

i have a set of jack stands, some basic power tools, and a basic socket set with a few random deep sockets etc... I can also bring some beer or whatever so just let me know what everyone likes.

anything special I need to get in order to do the actual suspension install?

i'm also trying to order some new tires for my new konig countersteer wheels but i can't decide between a 265/75/16 and a 285/75/16 in the goodyear duratracs. 285's look better imo, but i don't know if it's worth the extra 15lbs per tire and the rubbing headache of going with that size. is anyone at the mod day going to have a 3" lift 265/75 combination I can check out in person?

5. SManZ - O2 sensor bung if anybody can get a welder Otherwise, I'll be there to meet and lend a hand. I'll be bringing a jack, 4 stands, impact wrench, general hand tools, torque wrench.

And I'm an early riser. I can be there as early as 9. Might want to get some of the harder stuff knocked out early on before it gets too hot?

Rear lift: AAL and shocks. I have 4 jack stands, basic hand tools (ie, not much - a socket set, some pliers, a lot of cursing).

I'm well over 21, so I can bring beer too. Who's bringing sodie pop for the lil' uns?

 

Who's the soda pop for? Somebody bringing their kids?
