Vacant connectors near rear bumper (SR w/o Tow Package)

Hey guys, had a few questions.

I found these two empty connectors behind my rear bumper, one above the spare tire, and the other near the tow harness cover. I'm curious as to where they were meant to go. Any help would be appreciated.





Also, not sure if they're related, but I'm trying to add in the tow harness to relocate my rear license plate lights, so I could move my plate to a cargo carrier, since it would block my plate. Any help with that?

Those may be where the harnesses for BSM and sonar tie into on trucks with tech package.
