    Thanks guys!

Started my slow paint job this afternoon. Got a coat of primer and two coats paint on my hood. and started prepping the tab holes in my fenders to get bondoed over. tacked some sheet metal up behind them.

I'll get some pics up over the weekend. will hopefully have the front fenders done, couple more coats on the hood and maybe the doors. Color - Rustoleum Camo dark forest green

Still need to paint my bumper but I have been itching to start painting the truck lately

Here it is after first coat.

    after it was mostly dry

hood was my learning curve. Primer I used had a few drips from the spray nozzle that I didn't realize at first. kinda fucked it up, but eh, i'm not too picky

Thank you. Me too. I am glad I chose green, I've been going back and forth between this green and desert tan...won't be sure if I made the right choice till the whole truck is done and I can stand back and look at it

Okay. Made progress on the painting today :D Ended up using a Matte clear coat cause straight flat paint was smudging hella from touching it. All good now, still happy with the color.

tack welded some sheet metal up behind the tabs for the fender flares and bondoed em up, doesn't look too bad, up close you can tell there were holes there. But it ain't a show truck so i don't care.

Got the cab done. got to do the inside of my doors today still.

    SA4000093_9ffc8f73f4ab57b13835a539f97c29a03bd4e2c0.jpg

I ran out of matte gloss on the hood, have about a 1sq ft patch left to do.

    SA4000102_7fe843a463996908631f4a2d9b701333579964ec.jpg

Homedepot also ran out of the paint i was using  luckily I had just enough to finish the cab up and I have 1 and a half cans left to do the inside of my doors. So i need to find someplace else in town with Rustoleum dark forest green or wait till the 16th for them to get more in.
