I have a 2020 MGM Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO with the following upgrades:

    Exterior
    Victory Front Bumper
ComeUp Seal Gen 2 Winch with synthetic line and wireless remote
    Factor 55 Fairlead
    Factor 55 Expert Hook
Baja Designs 20" amber (have clear lens too) light bar
Baja Designs Squadron amber (have clear lenses too) pods
Baja Designs S1's clear on Rago Fabrication ditch light brackets
Heretic Studios 40" combo light bar clear
Victory Roof Rack with camping lights and plano case for gear (locked and bolted to rack)
RCI Rock Sliders with bedliner finish (matches bed cover)
    Durabump Front bump stops
Timbren Rear bump stops with U-bolt flip
    Nitro 5.29 gears
ECGS Bushing to replace needle bearings
Diamondback HD bed cover with diamondback tray/toolbox
    Factory bedmat
    At the Helm bed stiffiners
OME BP-51 Suspension kit (currently set 1/2 way at 12mm up front)
HD Dakar rear leaf springs (also have a full new medium duty kit)
Rear diff breather re-route to tail light
    JBA Upper Control Arms
RRW 17" wheels with BFG KO2 tires (90% tread) 285/75's
Full size 285/75 spare under the truck

    Interior
SPOD with touchscreen and bluetooth option
Victory Molle Console Panels (inverter installed on passenger panel)
    Weathertech Floor mats
Blue Ridge Overland Molle Seat Panels
    Brake Controller for towing

    Engine
    OV Tune

Of course, it's a Pro, so it has all of the other things that come with it standard like the leather with red stitching, heated seats, dual climate, factory bed lights, electronic locking tailgate, aluminum front skid, badging, etc.

I have receipts for everything. Amsoil signature series for oil changes and Amsoil Severe Gear for the Diffs when I had the 5.29's installed. The suspension is still under the ARB warranty (3 year 36k miles) and the truck is still under the factory warranty with 31k miles on it.

Honestly wanting to know what it's worth or should/could be listed at?

I hate to let it go, but I need a bigger truck. Here are some pics (I have more). There are a lot with black 16" SCS wheels, but those have been swapped for the gunmetal RRW 17's that you see in the last pic.

Dealership? Literally KBB. Private sale? Less than you want. Always part out as much as you can, or don't and be comfortable with the fact your not going to get your mod money back.

Stock probably around 45k, with the extras depends on what the right person is willing to pay.

Considered the parting out (especially if trading in), but figured more could be asked in the private market with the "extras". Obviously would be less $$ overall versus parting out, but there is no hassle of parting out, selling and shipping everything. And finding someone local to buy the bigger items.

You could use 45k as a base and add half of what you have into the other add ons

As scarce as Tacoma's were on dealer lots around me, I'd imagine you could name your price whether a private or dealer sale.

I agree with the above. Your gonna take a loss either way.

    Dealers gonna give you KBB

Private party ... less than you think.

I recently asked this question (but ultimately decided to keep my truck). The best offer that I got was from Vroom for $42k. That's for my 2021 OR with 10k miles.

You should put the info into Croom, Carmax, Carvana, and KBB as if your vehicle was stock (apart from non-retractable upgrades they may ask about, like tint). At the same time, list it fully loaded for private sale at a price where you won't lose sleep for the losses you'll take. Decide how long you're willing to wait for a bite. If it doesn't pan out, start stripping it back to stock and sell it to the company that gave you the best offer.

Wow! Nice truck. You most certainly did some great things. I’d figure $60k you could fetch- especially if you list it west of the Rockies and would deliver it to their doorstep and get one last road-trip out of it. I did something similar when I sold my BMW1600K to someone in OK City. I rode it to him, all back roads from CT.

I’ve tried it carvana and vroom with and without extras. You get substantially more if it’s stock. Which makes sense for them. I’ll list it locally and abroad with the intention to deliver. If it sells, cool. If not, I’ll just keep it and turn it into a full toy at some point. Thanks!
