I'm gonna try to make the meet too, if I can get back from richmond in time. Although making good time on the road won't be a problem.

 

One day I'll make it to a meet/trail run

Went for some drives near the cabin over the long weekend, too much fun! Added some new pinstripes.

 

Nice truck, Looks like a sweet trail.

Any ideas for next Sunday? Maybe hit up Stave.

Hey all, I don't own a Taco. But I do have a Toyota! It's a4Runner. I was invited over here from another forum by I belive 49ers.? Not sure. The run you guys are thinking of next weekend, will it be stock friendly? or will it be fender bashing carnage? I havent really got any of my mods on my truck yet.... I'm waiting on a few more things to come in then i'll get them all intalled at once. Save myself some time and money of having to a few things over again. I appolagize for highjacking a tacoma thread but I don't know anyone local so i posted here. Perhaps I can come out with you guys sometime and meet some of you! This is my Ride!

Yup, I'm on CT. Your totally welcome here, were all Toyota enthusiests. Theres afew local members with runners and a couple with FJ's.

Trails are usually pretty easy, the last run to Foley lake was except for thoes side roads I'm pretty much all stock too.

The coffee meet next Sunday is for sure, just still have to discuss the trail location.

 

Anybody know if the gate for britannia mine area is open?
I heard it is pretty nice up there. Dont know about the difficulty.
Or maybe to go check out the Elaho Giant, I've heard that was pretty good too!

 

I haven't had any luck finding the North Van trails. Scott, any luck with the one you thought in Seymour?

I'm up for Stave - lots of trails around there (not just the mud pit...!) and it's in Coquitlam which works well with the Timmies chosen

 

Yes the gate was open as of Sunday when I drove past it.

North Van people (or anyone else who finds that convienent!) - meet at the Timmies in the Canadian Tire parking lot near 2nd narrows?

 

Elaho is beautiful - a bit long in parts. Tried May 6th and was stopped about 30 k from the goal...3 foot deep unpassable half melted snow!

I'd be up for seeing how far we can get up Britannia this season

 

Doubt Ill be able to make it this weekend. Too many things to get done! I'd love to hit Stave Lake trails too!

will my non lifted, non slider'ed, non locked, (stock so far) 4runner make these trails? I do have duratrac's. I want to make it out, but i dont want to bang it up before my armour and lift make it here!

Cant make it this sunday, hopefully next time! The entrance to Stave lake is on dewdney trunk and Burma street. As far as Brittannia mine goes, the access road to it which is furry creek fsr is closed.
